PlusPods are unique modular structures designed to offer a flexible solution to creating outdoor living space.

Part of a design and build partnership with Lancaster-based J T Construction, the PlusPods achieve the same insulation standards as a modern timber-framed house.

The pods can be used for a wide range of purposes including home office, garden room, play room, holiday accommodation and glamping.

The pods have a minimalist design with understated lines and a natural timber and grass roof that allows them to blend in within the most diverse settings, whether it’s a rural or urban back garden, a National Park or city-centre pop-up.

Internally, they are fitted out to a high standard with timber clad walls and flooring, to provide a cosy, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. All the pods are constructed using timber obtained from a sustainable source.

The idea of the PlusPods was borne out of Harrison Pitt Architects’ longstanding relationship with J T Construction on projects in the caravan and leisure sector.

“Harrison Pitt Architects’ design for the PlusPods has enabled us to create a competitively-priced product that offers great scope for a range of outdoor living opportunities.”
