Planning permission was recently granted for Business Units back in 2006, but this scheme was never realised due to the economic downturn. The site was destined to remain vacant, until HPA successfully negotiated the release of some of the previously allocated business land for Affordable Housing during 2011.

A Local Businessman is now in the process of developing the business units, one of which will become a new home for his successful rural enterprise. The offices have been designed appear from the main A683 as convereted barns, and they will be finished to a high specification.

Work is expected to start on site in late spring / early summer of 2012.
